Before transitioning to the private sector, Larry proudly served in the United States Navy, where he honed his leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills. A native of Arizona, Larry has embraced Midland, TX, as his home and is deeply engaged in the local community. When not working, Larry enjoys staying active with weightlifting, exploring the great outdoors through hiking, and expanding his horizons through reading.
