He has been working with buyers and sellers on Hilton Head for 29 years. He knows the Island and the Lowcountry area and has been tuned into the dynamics and changes that have taken place here over these many years. He has specialized in new construction and ocean oriented property in the Low Country. However, he has represented clients in over a quarter of a billion dollars in sales all over Hilton Head Island and Bluffton and in all types of property. He is a member of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors and a lifetime member of the Distinguished Sales Award. He recently built and transacted the sale of the most expensive home ever sold on Hilton Head Island at $7,725,000. His wife, Dawn, and he have 3 children, Jonathan and Stephen in college, and Abigail, a junior in high school. All of them enjoy being involved in the community, primarily through sports, school, and church. He came down here to sell real estate and has never looked back. He can’t imagine a better place to live and raise a family.
