They were easy to work with. Held several Open Houses with success. They explained everything on how they would handle the description of my mothers house. They had another guy help with the flyers showing schools and surrounding activities to hand out at the open houses. I was pleased with all they did to get my mother’s home sold in a short time while they had it listed. I recommend them if you need help selling a home. I would use them again.

We met Lois and Larry when they brought a buyer to our FSBO. Although they were the buyer’s agent, they were balanced in their approach to help ensure a fair deal for everyone. They made sure of an easy and honest transaction and were highly communicative through the entire process.
Fast forward a few months, we found a truly unique property we were interested in and needed to move quickly on. We were out of town at the time but they were able to schedule a showing the moment we were available. An offer was made and after a small amount of back and forth, an offer was accepted. That’s when the work started. With the type of property (no comps or history to get backing from banks), it took some creative thinking and jumping through hoops to line something up. In the short amount of time we had, the Rubino Team ensured we stayed on track with commitments and helped guide us through somewhat unknown territory.
