Larry Shirley is the BEST. He worked with us for more than a year to help us find a house in South Carolina that made both my husband and me happy! We both had different "must haves" and I think we made Larry really work hard on a compromise house. He updated us every day; made suggestions; gave us all the info that we requested; and we finally found "the one"! Thank you so much, Larry, for your kindness, persistence and professionalism....we are from Upstate New York, making it even more difficult! Larry is awesome!

Larry was recommended by our daughter to broker the sale of our condo in Little River, SC. We met with him for an assessment of the property, agreed to the price and terms we wanted to sell the condo and the terms of his broker agreement. All went very smoothly with no problems or disagreement.
Larry found a buyer very quickly and we were under contract in a very short period of time. However, three days before the sale was to close the buyer was refused the loan by her lender. Larry then very quickly relisted the property and again, we quickly had another buyer interested. This time, the buyer was not as easy to deal with as the first, so we rejected the offer.
They say, the third time is the charm he again followed through with another offer which we were able to accept and complete the sale.
From the professionalism of our first meeting to discuss the sale, through the offer process and handling the completion of the sale, Larry showed a willingness and thoroughness that made it easy for us to complete this sale. We are very satisfied with his service.
