I cannot recommend Larry enough to anyone who’s looking for someone knowledgeable, competent and who excels in customer satisfaction and quality service. Larry held my hand through a tumultuous home buying process that lasted 8 months with many shenanigans (through no fault of Larry’s or my own). Not only did he handle every facet of the process with professionalism and poise but he calmed every one of my many fears and doubts. Larry has become family and I couldn’t have become a home owner without him.

When you're buying or selling your home, you only get one shot, and you've got to do it right. Mess it up, and you could be reaping the consequences for years.

You don't have to worry about any of that with Larry. We've bought twice and sold once with him, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. He'll let you know what you need to know, when you're ready to hear it, with wisdom that only comes with years of experience. Every step of the way, we felt comfortable working with Larry. Even when we ran into some unexpected issues, he was there to talk us through it all, allowing us to make the right decisions each time.
