We hired Lashawn per a reference from friends who also loved her. They were not wrong. First, the woman is attentive and responds so quickly. I hope she is balancing her social life well. :-). We live in Texas and were selling the rental property and she made the process so smooth. There was a vintage door knocker on the house that I wanted and she actually went and got it for me, installed a new one and mailed it to me packaged with such care. That meant a lot. She made everything so easy and got us an offer on the house the day it listed. She also handled some personal issues with us with such grace (selling a house with an ex post divorce can have its challenges). But she was graceful, professional, and so easy to work with. If I still lived in Jacksonville, she would be the only realtor I’d work with plus I’d force her to be my friend because she is so nice also. I have so many nice things to say about her. She’s simply amazing. Hire her. You won’t regret it. Best. Realtor. EVER.

I was extremely pleased with Lashawn,.When approaching the purchase of my first home it was quite a scary experience. The best thing I ever did was contact Lashawn. She helped put my fears to rest and walked me through the ENTIRE process!!! She was meticulous in the walk-through, dealing with the bank, inspection, adjustors & contractors. She was there for EVERYTHING. I seriously couldn't have done it without her. I hope that Momentum value her as much as I do. She's definitely a Gem!

LaShawn is a first class realtor. She helped my family find the right house, while we were in another state. She video chat with me to do the walk through. If there were obstacles with sellers, she quickly resolved it.
