As out of town home buyers, Latisha did a fantastic job helping us understand the Colorado Springs market. We searched for a home for nearly seven months and Latisha never gave up on us, even when we were outbid on several offers. We were truly amazed by the things that some buyers were willing to sacrifice to secure a home.

Latisha gave us space to learn things on our own so we could understand how the housing market was behaving. She was patient, straightforward, knowledgeable and was always immediately available to answer any questions. She frequently said to us "Don't worry. YOUR home will come to you. Just be patient and persistent."

All the houses we saw were done as virtual showings and Latisha did a phenomenal job being our eyes and eventually capturing our sense of style, our likes and dislikes; making each showing easier and productive to maximize time. She prepared and uploaded videos and photos from showings to help capture important details about each house.

We cannot go without thanking her business partner Dave for his assistance and excellent photography and video skills.

We left the area before we could purchase but Latisha and her Brokerage team are the absolute best in the area. They monitored our progress credit wise and stayed in close contact to ensure we were ready to buy. Dwight and his brokerage team also did great. Latisha found homes that fit our budget and explained the home buying process in great detail. We truly appreciate her and the team. If we ever go back to Colorado she will be the first we contact!

Our experience was outstanding, we weren’t able to be here while buying so everything was long distance, Latisha was really professional and helpful in the the buying process, she went above in beyond sending us pictures, videos even a FaceTime walk through of the house. This was my first home buying experience and let me tell you Latisha Adams is the BEST realtor when it comes to her clients needs. Prior to choosing Latisha i went with another realtor and she was just not responsive enough when it came to putting in bids on time. I was PCSing from Hawaii and its hard to buy something you cant see, but Latisha took the time to go to every property and really give me her opinion about the properties value, condition and neighborhood. I felt very satisfied with her including pre closing on my home and post. I plan on buying my second home with Latisha in 2022 when i come back from deployment. When meeting Latisha, I felt a comfortable feeling with her combined with her background and experience I knew she would be my pick. Latisha and her team were excellent from beginning to closing.
