Having never sold a home before, I was quite concerned, especially selling during the beginning of COVID. LaTonya swooped in like a bird of paradise and I never looked back. All my worries and concerns were addressed and put at ease. LaTonya is extremely professional, yet personable and down to earth. She knows how to get her clients through the home buying or selling process quickly and with great ease. My home buying experience was extremely pleasant. You hear many horror stories of people when they buy homes, and my experience was the total opposite. LaTonya is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. She answered all of our questions, even our stupid questions :-). She was always responsive and was available to provide information. It has been a year since Latonya Bell-Jones helped my family secure the home of our dreams. She was with us every step of the way. At times, I wondered if she ever slept or took a day off. She was always available. She returns phone calls, emails and texts promptly. When we encountered a difficult seller coupled with red tape laden buying process tied to a foreclosure, Latonya was ready.
