Latoya is definitely a top tier Realtor. My wife & I had the privilege of working with her in securing our first home & we were extremely pleased with the entire process. As first time home buyers, Latoya ensured that we had all the necessary tools & information at our disposal as also made herself available 24/7 to answer any questions that came up throughout the different stages of the entire process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to successfully close on a property. My wife & I will definitely be utilizing her services again when we’re ready to close on our next project.

LaToya is the best and really made sure I was going to like the house, not just jump into something just because I wanted to move. I wanted to see quite a few houses all over the place and we went to see most of them, those we didn't she did research on ahead of time and helped me decide it wasn't worth the time or effort to go see in person. She was able to tell when I really liked a house verse when I wanted to like the house and that made a big difference.

LaToya was delightful to work with as a fellow real estate salesperson. She was professional, responsive and went above and beyond to help make our transaction smooth. My buyer purchased a home that she owned and LaToya even extended herself to answer questions for that buyer after the transaction was closed. Not all realtors or sellers would do that. I enjoyed working with her and I’m sure that other realtors and clients will too.
