LaToya is amazing as an agent and a human being . I met her 06/12/2021 and we looked at our 1st listing together the next morning. She is knowledgeable, patient and assuring. The entire we looked, her infamous quote to me was, "Don't stress, that's why I'm here and I'm going to take care of you".

I closed on my 1st home 09/10/2021, in a safe environment with an awesome school district. I couldn't have asked for a better person to share the experience with.

I was at a really low point in my life. Literally like 10 days from being on the streets low. All because of a bankruptcy smh After being scammed and some more stuff I was about to give up until a friend introduced me to Latoya! When I tell you she took off! The communication was amazing and she found me places like I had options!! She stayed on me to make sure I was taken care of. When I wanted to give up she wouldn’t let me. She was my advocate. One of the most professional experiences I’ve ever had. She was an amazing negotiator and a therapist lol I would recommend her to anyone!
