Laura Baker is the ultimate Professional. She is dedicated and hard working and was there for us from beginning to end. My wife and I are from New York. We knew we wanted the Tampa area but had no idea where to begin. She listened to our needs and asked questions and responded to them. She didn't try to sell us on a property but took her time and patiently literally spent hours and hours showing us a variety of properties.
After deciding on a new home in a Development in San Antonio, Fl she was extremely knowledgeable in pointing out the pitfalls if we solely followed the direction that the realtor's agent was suggesting, especially in the area of the lot we were choosing and the problems associated with flipping the house to accommodate our particular model.
Once we had signed and she was assured of her Commission her real strength appeared. She was constantly vigilant in keeping an eye on the development of the property and hired a top inspector to approve and insist on any area of our house’s development that wasn't 100% perfect.
She would constantly visit the work site and text us in New York, keeping us informed. These text were always accompanied with pictures.
When it came to the walk through she was outstanding in insisting on changes and got us concessions from the builder that were mind boggling.
It was truly our lucky day when a friend recommended Laura to us. He had recently used Laura as his realtor to build a million-dollar house in Tampa.
Her diligence and expertise are second to none.

Simply put, Laura Baker is amazing! With this being the second set of homes we have sold and purchased with her, I can truly say that she works miracles. She isn’t someone who just puts up a sign and waits. Laura is an amazing agent! We listed my condo at the top of the market value, and not only did she get 9 offers in a couple of days, it wound up selling for $35,000 above listing price! She handled all negotiating with the potential buyers, and once we had an accepted offer, she took care of all the details. Things went so smoothly, the transaction closed in about a month.

Her extensive knowledge of the Tampa bay area, and contacts for things like minor repairs etc, made the entire transaction move incredibly smooth, even though I was in New York the entire time. My wife and I moved from Minneapolis, and we were worried that we needed to find a place quickly. Laura helped us accomplish our most important decision in three days. She helped us look at close to forty homes in two days; then, once we decided on a new build, she was with us every step of the way.
