About Laura
Laura Eisenberg Barr has been a New Jersey real estate professional since 2000 generating years of sales experience and client success. Having grown up in Monmouth County, she is knowledgeable and passionate about the place she calls home.
Upon joining her Next Home team, Laura notes, “the opportunity to be part of the brand development from the beginning in our marketshare is one I could not pass up. Partnering with experts in the business is exciting and I look forward to showing my past, current and future clients our unique value proposition.”
With a rich work history that includes television production and marketing, early childhood education and small business ownership, Laura brings skills and experience to the task of helping her clients realize their goals whether that involves selling or buying a home or expanding their real estate investment portfolio.
A graduate of Lehigh University, Laura has worked in production at ABC News and in public relations at the firm Robinson, Leher and Montgomery in NYC, each a great training ground for marketing. After pursuing her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education she later taught first grade at the Collegiate School on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, instilling in her both patience and the ability to share and communicate effectively. Still later, Laura became an entrepreneur and learned firsthand both the sweet (and sour) of running her own business (a candy store!) helping her refine her customer service skills and her strong ties with her community.
Ultimately, Laura was able to effectively combine her diverse skills and experience into a successful career as one of Monmouth County’s top real estate agents. It was the perfect fit: her love of the Peninsula lifestyle and her desire to introduce it to others has propelled her to become a highly sought-after real estate professional with an impressive track record of significant sales and satisfied clients that includes nearly$100 million in transactions in just the last 5years and honors such as the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Award, and recognition by her previous brokerage with awards like Agent of the Year .
Along with her husband and four children, this “Jersey Girl” continues to reside in the area where she was raised and is proud to still call home.
“Although I have lived elsewhere, I have spent so much of my life in Monmouth County and I count myself truly lucky,” said Laura. “It is not only a place of tremendous natural beauty -- the rivers, the ocean, the woods -- but it is also filled with wonderful caring and creative people.”
If you are looking for an exceptional real estate experience, contact Laura Barr. She will put to work her extensive network of contacts, her marketing and sales know-how, and her patient and caring service to provide you with the best real estate experience bar none -- #BarrNone.
