From the architecture to the variety of homes and community options, Laura has always had a love for Real Estate. Today, she brings her hyper-local knowledge of the surrounding areas and a unique marketing background to the aid of her Real Estate clients. "I've lived from Maitland to Conway to St. Cloud and Lake Nona within the last 20+ years. There are so many communities and each one offers something for everyone." Laura prides herself on making the process as smooth as possible for her clients and being well connected within her community. Her favorite part about Real Estate is making the American dream of homeownership happen. It's all about the unique needs of her clients when recommending the best course of action or area to call home. For sellers, Laura works hard to deliver clear communication and an individualized marketing approach. Her end goal is always to achieve top dollar for her client's investment as quickly as possible. When asked why she joined ERA Grizzard Real Estate, she replied: "I joined ERA Grizzard because I’d heard about the proven systems, customer and agent-friendly technology, and best of all, the family atmosphere." In her free time, Laura enjoys helping her community. She is a moderator for her neighborhood mom's group and is a member of the neighborhood's community relations committee. She started a community garage sale group and organized the annual Easter Egg Hunt in her neighborhood. Laura shares this beautiful thing called life with her amazing and supportive husband, two wonderful kids, and a cute, but sassy, Chihuahua dog.
