Laura Borbon

Laura Borbon is one of Southern California’s most accomplished Realtors®, as her sales figures and loyal client base attest. She entered the real estate field as a receptionist in 1991. Within six months she became a loan processor and found a niche, helping would-be buyers strengthen their credit. Agents who had all but given up on their clients would refer them to Laura, who would transform them into viable buyers. That led naturally to her career as an agent, which has proven to be a perfect fit. By 2012, Laura was number one in her office of 260 agents for listings, sales and open escrows.

Laura’s business is balanced between representing a healthy quotient of traditional Standard Sales as well as Short Sale clients and Investor-buyers. Her business was founded on the loyalty of her past clients, who recognize the care, diligence and integrity she brings to every relationship.

Laura has secured herself the prestigious Century 21 CENTURION Award for 10 Consecutive years, for the past decade has gained recognition from the CENTURION Honor Society, who awards only those individuals who achieve CENTURION level for a minimum of 5 consecutive years or more.

She is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and is REO Certified, Short Sale, Foreclosure Resource Certified, and BPO Certified (NAR). Laura is also a member of the Platinum Member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
