Laura Chittick and her assistant Chelsea Hindorff are amazing to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly. With their assistance we were able to start our search and close on a beautiful home within two months. We were able to do this in summer 2021 in a hot Denver market. Laura writes great contracts and communicates/negotiates with the skill of a true expert. What a great experience from start to finish-we have no complaints! Working with Laura and the WK Real Estate Team was probably the best experience I have had and I have bought and sold well over a dozen properties in a period of 30 years. The attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the area and process made the experience stress free. Laura is quick to understand your individual needs and makes the entire process a very pleasant transaction. We sold quickly and met our goals for price and terms. Overall a rewarding experience. I would not use anyone else, period.

Laura and her assistant Chelsea help me find my first home. They were both very professional. They spend countless hours on the phone, emails and in person helping me find the right home. I have many questions, since I am a first time home buyer and Laura either had the answer or found the answer for me. I didn't feel pressured to place an offer on a home. They showed me homes from Fort Collins, Longmont, Gunbarrel, Lafayette---Westminster and they always greeted me with a smile and kind words. Laura helped me understand, got back to me quickly, was organized and caught my mistakes at times. I ended up with a difficult builder and she repeatedly advocated for me even after my home closing. She remains a good resource for this out-of-state buyer for all things home related. I highly recommend her.

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in California, moving from out of state I had no contacts in the Real Estate community in Colorado. However Laura was recommended to us by family, so we went with her. With my past real estate experience I had high expectations on what an Agent should provide to their client and I'm not the easiest Client to deal with. Other than differences from California to Colorado Laura met those expectations and in most areas exceeded them. She is Professional with a wide breath of knowledge of the markets, but at the same time open to client input and opinions. No matter what information I requested she did the research to provide me the answers I needed to make good decisions. If I were considering a real estate change in the future Laura would be my first choice and she should be yours as well.

We have worked with Laura on two sales and she was the broker on a purchase (we did not have an agent and were not looking for a new home. hah.) She made the purchase process smooth, easy and enjoyable. We then engaged her to sell our previous home which we were concerned would be challenging as it had flooded in 2013. She strategized brilliantly and we ended up with competing offers for more than asking price. She is fun, easy going, detail oriented and a great communicator and knows the market.
