Laura is wonderful! As first time home owners, Laura walked us through every step of the process and made it all so much easier. She was such a good sport going to see so many houses with us (we were so picky) until we found our forever home! Laura curated our open housing lists and knew exactly what we were loooking for. She is so knowledgeable, funny, and supportive for first time buyers! Can’t reccomend her enough!!

Laura was the best! Probably spent 6months-1year looking because we wanted a perfect house. Laura was there every week creating plans to see houses. We probably saw 20-30+ house till we got ours. I would recommend Laura every single time! I met Laura at a free VA home buying seminar a few years ago and decided to take the jump in buying my first home. She walked me through the entire process, making sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. No matter how many questions I asked or what time I would contact her she was always able to help me. Laura has even inspired and guided me toward the process of obtaining my real estate license! She's truly the best out there!

Laura did a tremendous job on helping us find and purchase a home in 2019/2020. The home perfectly fit our needs and we were able to complete the process from start to finish rather quickly (Maybe under 2 months). We meet Laura at a va loan seminar and she became our agent. Communication was always great day or night and we bought our first home in San Deigo area. We always kept in touch and when it was time for us to sale our home i knew she would get us top market price for it. She came over and walked us through what we needed to do from our end and i gave her the timeline on when we wanted to put our house on the market. From getting it stage to getting the amazing photos for the listing she was there every step of the way! We sold our home in 4 days and got top dollar for it! I still keep in touch and i refer any friends to her that are in the Market to buy a house! Hands down best agent we ever had!!

Laura Foss helped my wife and I buy our first home in 2020. She made the whole process a breeze. I was nervous and unsure of what to expect and how much everything was going to cost in the end. How to schedule the inspections etc. Laura took care of everything, let us know how much everything costs along the way and what is included at the end. She also turned us onto home warranty of america, which has been great and very affordable. The inspector she recommended was very thorough and gave an honest professional opinion. We were able to trust Laura every step along the way and knew she had our best interests at heart. This has been the best decision I ever made, the value of our home has continued to go up *knock on wood* and I would not change a thing about the process. Laura Foss was very professional I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home.

Oh man what can I say Laura was a dream! My husband and I were first time home buyers. We met at a home buying seminar for veterans, she introduced herself afterwards answered all and I mean all of our questions. We decided to go ahead with buying a home and had a meeting with Laura downtown. It was super easy she had thought of everything and even had a list of potential homes for us ready to walk thru! We expected a typical meeting but we were out on the move looking at places that day! I swear the process could not have been easier she was super efficient with all the paperwork online and answered every little question we had and within a month we were officially home owners.
