I can say with all honestly, Laura is the most amazing person and realtor! She went with us to view listings we were interested in and always gave us her honest opinion on each one. Not knowing the area and explaining what my son was looking for Laura found him the perfect home. With her knowledge and insight she found him the home the first day. I couldn't believe it. My experience with The Graham Group was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a home.
Laura walked me through every detail, answering all of my questions with a positive attitude. We were under contract on two homes and had to back out of both due to negative inspections until we found “the one”.
I had a list of all my “wants” for my next home and she worked tirelessly until she found the home that checked every box!
The contacts she provided were excellent and her knowledge of the market and how to negotiate offers was impressive. Over two years later she still keeps in touch with me.

We first met Laura via FaceTime while house hunting in 2020 from Washington state. She was amazing helping us navigate the area we were looking to move to for the Navy. She made the whole process enjoyable from across the country during a pandemic! Laura was amazing! Such a kind and caring soul. We had been using another realtor for months, but always came to dead ends with him and we could tell he primarily just wanted to make a sale regardless of what situation he put us in. He even tried to make a verbal offer with my wife and I in a different room without talking to us about what we wanted to offer and if we were sure we wanted to make an offer.

When we switched to Laura and the Graham Group, she played it perfectly. She showed us only the homes in our budget, gave us all the details and even helped us imagine the amount of work that would have to go into some of the homes we saw. We could tell right away she had our best interest at heart and she always kept fighting for us. We found a perfect home without over bidding in a seller's market.

It was an overall great experience! If we're ever in the market to sell or buy again, she's earned our trust for our future endeavors in the real estate market.

Working with Laura was a wonderful experience! We were in a bad spot when we got to Florida and Laura answered me back in less the 30 minutes! And we we're looking at places the next day (it might have even been that day). She worked so hard to find us our house! She listened to everything we were looking for, she helped us understand all the craziness that comes with buying your first house, she made sure we weren't getting in over our heads, she wasn't pushie, she always answered back very quickly and most of all she really took the time we needed to find our amazing house. EXCELLENT SERVICE. EFFICIENT. I now live in the Boston area and I needed to sell my former home in St. Augustine, Fl. Due to the long distance transaction, I needed to find a TRUSTWORTHY Agent. Laura was recommended and praised by a previous customer. Because my condo needed much work, Laura was able to give me a realistic idea of what work needed to be completed to sell the condo in a timely manner. She gave me multiple options to fit my budget and then worked with my decisions. My condo sold the first day. I was a first time home buyer. Single parent with a job working crazy hours. I was really set on a specific type of property in a specific area. I started the search mid October with my doubts. When we finally found the house. Getting through the VA inspections, lenders purchasing hoops, and minor road blocks of paperwork for buying the home, which left me skeptical, it was never a problem for her. She really took care us and really took the stress out of the situation. Here we are now mid November moving into exactly what I was looking for!
