Laura’s expertise & real estate knowledge is invaluable when selling or buying. I was so impressed with her dedication to helping me find my first place in Chicago, that when it came time to buy three years later, I knew exactly who to call. Once again, Laura understood exactly what I was looking for and her insight/experience was extremely helpful as a first time buyer. Laura’s follow up/communication skills are unmatched. Somehow, she makes you feel like you are her only client, when you know very well that is not the case. Her ability to pivot and negotiating skills were crucial in keeping the deal together as we hit a few road bumps on the way to closing. Laura is definitely someone you want in your corner when selling/buying.

Laura made us feel safe and comfortable while looking for a new home in spite of the pandemic around us. She was professional, extremely helpful, understanding of our unique situation, and knowledgeable of the areas we were interested in. She also got back to us in a speedy fashion any time we had questions. Other family members are going to be needing a realtor to help them look for a new home over the next months and are planning to ask for her assistance in helping them find their dream home. Laura did an incredible job selling our condo and finding us the perfect little house. And she did this in a challenging Chicago market.
How did she do this? Laura Lindgren is a PRO. She's been at this awhile, and knows how to make sure our listing was held open, got eyeballs through effective advertising, and ultimately got the foot traffic and showings which led to offers and a sale!
Most sellers need help - a contractor to do some minor repairs, etc. Laura knows who to call to get things fixed quickly and expertly. Laura set us up with the wonderful people at PS Lehman, so we could get incredible staging in our condo. Every vendor recommended by Laura was a home run. Thank you Laura for all of your help!

Laura is absolutely fantastic! We used her years ago to help us find an apartment and when it came time for my wife and I to buy our first home she stepped up to the plate. She is a fierce advocate for her clients but also was very honest and no nonsense with us when we needed it. She picked up on our taste and was a huge help every step of the way in making our decision. I recommend her to everyone I know who needs a Realtor and my wife and I can't say enough good things about her.

Laura is amazing! We have relied upon her support with six different transactions spanning 13 years; buying, selling and renting. It is vitally important to have someone frank and honest on your side during any real estate transaction and Laura is that person. She is a strong advocate and fierce negotiator but is also a simply delightful person. I would never consider using anyone else because her vast knowledge of the Chicago market, combined with trustworthiness and expert advice is unmatched!

I LOVED working with Laura! She is a dedicated realtor and I highly recommend working with her!!! I was a reluctant buyer, forced to find a new home when my previous condo was purchased and deconverted back into apartments. Laura was fabulous. She was supportive and understood how difficult it was for me to leave a home I loved. She was also supportive in helping me find a new home that I would love just as much. Even when I questioned my decisions, she never pressured me and always reminded me that my happiness was what mattered and that helping me find that happiness - even if it meant looking for months - was her priority. Laura's the only realtor I've ever used, but to my mind she represents a paradigm for quality in the profession. A realtor should be knowledgeable about a wide range of properties and resources, attuned to client needs and interests (even repeatedly intuiting and articulating things we weren't clear about!), and facile with the various needed online "tools of the trade." LL is all of these. Perhaps most importantly, she was kind and supportive while still being clear with us about the work we needed to do, and tireless in repeatedly schlepping us all over town.

More than professionally, Laura is just a great human being. Listen: She had us over to her house to grill! She was punk rock as a kid in Chicago! She is sophisticated, smart, ethical, and generous to a fault.

I will never forget sitting with her in the weird-looking 1st floor of a 3BR w/garage in Avondale, and her laying it on the line. She said, "This place may seem funky, but that's all wallpaper and other surface issues. The fact is the structure is sound. This is a steal. It's the one." We took it, did some work on a couple of the rooms, and proceeded to live and raise kids there for the next decade.
