Laura Myers

Laura has enjoyed being involved in real estate for over 16 years. A continuous growth mindset has led her toward many opportunities and the belief to always continue learning has provided many designations such as Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, CRS, GRI, Real Estate Specialist - Divorce, along with the trust that personal growth comes from accountability.

She invests in Mastery Coaching for personal and business growth. Laura networks around the world at events and masterminds that has created a network of agents across the globe where she has sent approximately 150 referral checks to agents with referral partnership needs. Participation in the growth of others and as a top agent in the office Laura has been selected to serve over 14 years as a board member of our Associate Leadership Council (ALC) charring our RED Day event several of those years. She became KWKC Certified to offer the facilitation of this program to bring 18-24yr old toward greater path to success earlier in life. In 2016-2019 she finished top 3% of company worldwide and top 1% in Arizona.

As an innovative leader, Laura has been hand selected to develop new business opportunities as well as reorganize functions within existing companies for many years. A natural entrepreneur, she has started several long- and short-term companies ranging from local youth director for summer programs to mobile notary document signing service to transaction coordinator in the real estate industry.

Laura holds a BS in Psychology from Arizona State University with a minor in Organizational Studies Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Barrett's Honors completing her thesis in research of motivation of individuals in teams. Giving back and "Paying it forward" are great responsibilities she enjoys as well. She participates in various charitable organizations to help raise capital to strengthen the opportunities to educate, involve, and grow underprivileged youth organizations. She has also taken a hands-on approach with Habitat for Humanity, Make a Wish Foundation, and support "random acts of kindness" over the years.

She enjoys caring for her three children and now 1 grandson and 1 granddaughter and various outdoor activities and a huge passion for travel! Her business philosophy is to provide a customer experience that compels you to refer your family and friends for all your real estate needs.
