Laura Pegram

Laura is very passionate about delivering premium individualized service to every client and she is admired for her strong work ethic and standards. Laura has a very unique perspective with regard to area property values, in that she currently sits on the Land Development Advisory Board for the Town of Cornelius and has a strong interest in local planning and development issues.

Laura's primary client base is the fast-growing Lake Norman area 20 minutes North of Charlotte, she also specializes in several of the highly sought-after neighborhoods throughout the city of Charlotte.

Laura is a native of Ohio where she earned her bachelors degree. As a young professional, her love of the arts took her to the Windy City where she oversaw special events for The Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago. After stops in Colorado and California, Laura settled in North Carolina when her husband, a marketing executive in the racing industry, was relocated here. Laura resides in Cornelius with her husband, their two children and two dogs. She and her family are active with several local charities.
