I've been working and volunteering in my community, and enjoy helping my clients reach various goals in their lives. It's not a one-size-fit-all housing market - and good listening skills and creative analyzing, along with our awesome staff at SunCoast Real Estate Group make for a good results.
I was a successful Realtor in San Diego years ago, and through corporate relocation for my husbands career, we have experienced many moves. We've raised two wonderful children, while I worked in marketing and management for various organizations including the Chamber of Commerce and the Tourism Dept of NYS. Once we even owned a Christmas Tree farm in upstate NY!
I've volunteered with the Satellite Beach Police Dept and the Guardian ad Litem program here in Melbourne FL. Laura Quintin is truly a full service, experienced Realtor and a pleasure to work with. When we called Laura we were really on a limited timeline. We talked about what we needed and she really went to work for us. Although this time we were looking for a rental we did not get that treatment. I would highly recommend Laura Quintin and will use her when we are ready to buy as well. We have found our Realtor and a lifelong friend.

Laura is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and truly there to help you at anytime. It was our first time selling a home and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She made it easy to understand each bit of the selling process and made it so stress free! From advice for prepping for pictures to tips on how to stage the home she had helpful insight for it all!

We put our house on the market and had it sold in no time! I would select her as my agent whether buying or selling anytime!
