Working with Laura has always been a wonderful experience and such a pleasure that I have become a repetitive customer. My first purchase was made so easy and a very smooth process. Laura has the patience to go thru your needs/wants to make sure she is taking you to houses that have the potential to become your home. The dedicated time offered by her to get to know you is priceless. Being able to go to each house and see the pros and cons pointed out to you by Laura builds that extra trust factor needed. The feeling of being looked out for by Laura is greatly appreciated to say the least. With Laura's expertise, dedication, patience, and guidance I was able to find my condo that was absolutely perfect for me at the time.

Where do I even begin? Laura walked me through the entire process, moment by moment. My home-buying experience during a pandemic was wild to say the least, but Laura’s patience and warm approach really made a difference. Let me preface this by saying just how picky my husband and I were as clients. We had a list of needs and we didn’t want to budge.

Our journey began in January of 2020, right before the pandemic made its way over here. Needless to say, we didn’t end up purchasing the first home, however, Laura was extremely flexible and willing to continue working with us until we found our dream home (during a pandemic). As with any real-estate transaction, emotions were high, stress is almost inevitable but Laura handled each and every situation without hesitation. She’s fast, smart, a people-person and most of all- an advocate for her home-buyers.

When purchasing a home, you see your realtor almost as much or even more so than you see some of your family, especially during Covid. She worked relentlessly for months and with us and although it was a difficult and odd time to buy a home, she made our experience a great one! Laura R. is a great agent who came highly recommended. I too will highly recommend Laura to my friends and family. From the moment we started communicating, Laura was extremely fast in responding to our questions. In all hours of the day and night. If she didn't have the answer at the moment, she was resourceful enough to get the answer the following day. After having our first one on one and sharing the details in what my Wife and I wanted in a home, she knew our tastes and immediately showed us listings that were in our styles. From beginning to end, of our house hunting Laura was a pleasure to work with and we're thankful to have worked with her.
