We enjoyed working with the Cuchna Stebbins Team, both for the listing of our home in Winfield and purchasing our new home in Wheaton. We gave Deb & Laura our specifics for the next home that fit our growing family, and they delivered. They even worked some private listing magic with a seller that was hesitant of putting a home on the market. Once Deb & Laura got us in, we knew we had to make an offer. They worked quickly and efficiently to get our offer together, navigating through a competitive West Suburb market. We could count on the years of experience between Deb and Laura combined to help us through every part of the process in buying and selling. When it came time to sell our home, we were able to sell and get our listing price over 1-weekend. This was huge for us considering we had a family of littles, where multiple showings over multiple weeks would have become very difficult. They helped get our home show ready as well. This was extra icing on the cake when working with Deb & Laura, they know what works and what is going to sell!

They were responsive to our needs throughout the process, and their attention to detail was supreme.

It is hard to imagine how we would have sold my grandmother's house without the help of Deb and Laura. They were with us in the beginning as she made the emotional decision to sell, and helped every step of the way with the logistics of emptying the house and making it presentable to list it for sale. They were extremely responsive and constantly checking in throughout the whole process - I honestly don't know what we would have done without them. I don’t think there is any better testimonial for realtor than to use them again. We relocated to Chicago 22 years ago and used Debra Cuchna as our realtor. She quickly aligned with my wife on the important attributes for our next home. We had been looking on our own for a rental property for several weeks and were not having any success. We contacted Laura Stebbins to see if she could help us - it was a great decision. She was 100% available to us. She found us a unit that was newly listed on the MLS (which we didn't have access to without her). She arranged for us to see it immediately and she worked with the listing agent to help us secure the lease. Debbie and Laura were absolutely awesome. They made things a lot less stressful. They are very knowledgable in the real estate market. They went above and beyond in selling our house. The fliers and information pacjet advertising the house was fantastic. They did virtual open houses.

Debra and Laura provided great teamwork, managing to help us sell two places and purchase one during Covid. Their guidance in how to prep a house to sell really paid off. On the buying end, they sent us houses to review and walked through many with us, providing advice, researching, and helping us narrow choices until we found the perfect one.
