I have worked with Laura for many years. I left briefly and came right back. Baird & Warner is the only company for me. Laura is truly the BEST! She is everything you need and want. She is the perfect balance of Boss/Friend. When you go to Laura you have your answer immediately and the correct one! She makes herself available anytime day or night. Laura's top priority are her agents and office. Everything she does is done to better us. To run a #1 office, leadership is stellar and that is what Laura stands for. The amount of training and opportunity she provides, opens up vast opportunities for us all. She is always looking to grow and challenge us. Our office is Fun! She provides activities for us to come together as a Team, adding that social component is key in our crazy business. It puts the human back into our busy lives and we love spending time together.
