I fell in love with Colorado in 2012 during my first trip here on business and moved here full-time in 2016. Since, then I have done business all over and discovered even more just how special Colorado truly is. I have been in the real estate industry since 2003 and have been a licensed realtor in KS and MO since 2007 and CO since 2021. I have over 20 years of experience, closing 100's of transactions.

I serve buyers, sellers and investors in the residential and commercial space; including short-term rentals. I am very connected in luxury homes and investor groups locally and nationally and have a large database I market to. Utilizing my relationships I have sold homes and investment properties without any online marketing. For example, I sold a Luxury Short-Term Rental in 2022 without doing any online marketing or utilizing the MLS at the seller's request for $1.5M in Colorado.
