Laurelle Timms didn’t set out to build a real estate career — she set out to build a life rooted in family, purpose, and service.
Born in Buffalo, NY and raised primarily in the Midwest after her family settled in Madison, Wisconsin during her middle school years, Laurelle credits her Midwestern upbringing for her grounded values, strong work ethic, and relationship-first mindset. She later earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business from the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Business.
Her early career was built in high-end apparel catalogs, where she helped grow startup menswear brands from the ground up — working in inventory management, product development, and new business development. After relocating to Las Vegas to be closer to family and recognizing the shifting landscape of the catalog industry, she chose to reinvent herself. Real estate became that next chapter.
Licensed since 2017, Laurelle approaches real estate with the same entrepreneurial discipline and attention to detail that defined her previous career. But what truly sets her apart isn’t strategy — it’s heart.
She believes buying or selling a home is deeply personal. Clients often say what they appreciate most is that she truly listens. Laurelle works hard to understand not just what her clients want — but why they want it. Whether helping a family navigate a difficult transition, guiding a seller to achieve the strongest possible net outcome, or identifying properties for Paragon Asset Management Group to thoughtfully renovate and bring back to life, she approaches every transaction with care and integrity.
One of her earliest transactions — helping a neighbor avoid foreclosure after losing both parents unexpectedly — still shapes how she sees her role today: as an advocate first.
Service extends beyond her business. Laurelle has mentored with Spread the Word Nevada and continues volunteering within her community, including playing piano at a local memory care facility and coordinating therapy dog visits. She also supports her church community through holiday decorating, women’s ministry initiatives, and assisting with advertising and technology support.
As a breast cancer survivor, Laurelle carries a deep sense of gratitude and perspective into every area of her life. That experience strengthened her resilience, compassion, and commitment to showing up fully for the people she serves.
At home, you’ll likely find her cooking from scratch (a health-focused lifestyle that began with an elimination diet in 2015), planning her next trip to Turks and Caicos, or spending time with Cooper — her beloved “potcake” rescue dog from the islands. Each week, she and Cooper attend agility training together — what began as a way to build his confidence has become meaningful time they share. That same patience, encouragement, and steady support she brings to training shows up in how she supports her clients.
Warm, caring, and detail-oriented, Laurelle believes real estate is about more than property — it’s about people. And she is honored to walk alongside her clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.
