As a military family, moving yet again presented unique challenges, especially when we were out of state. We were recommended to Lauren Garner by a family friend and began our house hunt in January, simply to explore locations. Lauren knew we wouldn't be ready to buy until the summer, but she still consistently sent numerous listings and patiently answered our hundreds of questions. Her expertise in Southern Maryland is truly incredible.

Once we found our perfect home, she immediately got to work, negotiating a deal that saved us thousands of dollars. We thought her job was complete after the sale, but she went above and beyond by overseeing the painting and carpeting of our home to ensure it was perfect for our arrival.

We cannot express our gratitude enough for Lauren Garner; she has been an absolute blessing to our family. We give her a 10/10 recommendation for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. The military community is lucky to have her.

Lauren is absolutely hands down amazing and went above and beyond in the process of me buying my first house. Me being new to the whole thing constantly kept asking questions and the market is a tough one but she did everything to get us in to see homes the minute they'd pop up, she explained everything in depth and made sure even in my time of closing on the house I bought to ensure everything was in place for an easy move in afterwards. She really treats you like family and I cannot thank her enough for making my first time home buying experience go so smoothly.

Our transaction was not easy (to say the least), but I’m confident that the only reason we were able to buy our dream house on the water was because we had Lauren fighting for us every step of the way. Her book of contacts was endless - inspectors, septic, structural engineers, electricians and painters and more. Lauren went above and beyond (and then some - ask her about our crawlspace 😉)! Hands down THE BEST!

Lauren was the agent for the house we have just begun renting this past week! Lauren was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about us, understood our needs, and urgency to move into our own space!

I can not say enough positive about my experience with Lauren. I live in Ohio so I knew buying property in Maryland would be tricky. I was wrong. At our first meeting she was a great listener collecting all my requirements. The next thing I know I found the perfect property, but there were boundary complications. I thought about dropping it, but with Lauren’s help working with local regulations and with local businesses the sale went through with absolutely no problems.
Whether you live nearby, or far away like me, if you want a realtor that cares and fights for you like you are family, definitely give Lauren a go!

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren when she represented us as our listing agent. This was our first experience selling a house and Lauren was an integral part of the process. Before we began, she met with us to explain what we could expect and gave us specific guidelines on what to do next as well as consistent updates on where we were in the process.
