Lauren McNamara

Lauren has been a Real Estate Agent since December 2000 – Present. She was in Facility Management prior to becoming a real estate agent. She has been buying, renovating, selling property since 1984. Has personally owned over 25+ properties. She has budgeted, organized, and coordinated the procurement of all personal property's financing, purchasing, permitting and renovation. Presently Managing Property with tenants. Presently has a portfolio of real estate properties. Co-owner of a home inspection business since 1990.

Lauren is married with four children. She is a native of Fitchburg and knows this Central MA real estate territory particularly well. She has Chaired and played in five 24-hour Softball Marathons for charitable fundraisers. Has Chaired and Fund-raised over $100,000 collectively for the following organizations: Brain Injured Children, A Child's Wish Come True, American Red Cross - Hurricane Hugo, Wallace Civic Center, Wallace Planetarium, Fitchburg Civic Days and Fitchburg Pop Warner.
