Lauren and Nathan are absolutely outstanding! I listened to their suggestions to a tee as far as what I needed to update in my home and order for it to sell for top dollar. Their suggestions actually saved me thousands of dollars when it came to the renovations I had planned on doing, that were not needed.

Not only did it sell within days, it's sold for $10K above asking price! There is no other real estate team that I would recommend in the area, period!!!!

Lauren is the best realtor in Hampton Roads! We decided to buy a home in a highly stressful time for buyers. Lauren was amazing throughout the process. She coached us with appropriate expectations and strategies to make sure we were ready to find the best house for our family. I would say we were lucky to purchase the first home we offered on, but really, luck had nothing to do with it. Lauren’s expertise and knowledge allowed us to find and purchase a home with minimal stress in this crazy market. She’s been prompt and available for us and has always been ready and willing to talk us through any point of the buying process. We will be using Lauren and Nathan for any and all real estate selling/purchasing in the future!

Lauren and Nathan were great to work with. Not only did they help find me a new home, they also helped in staging and selling my "old" one. Can't say enough about these two ! Both worked very hard at keeping me informed and made the entire process very pleasant ! Should I need to buy or sell again, they will be my first stop. This is the only real estate team I'd recommend.

Nathan and Lauren were the best real estate agents I’ve ever used, hands down. They were very responsive throughout the whole process. They were never pushy, they listened to what I was looking for and they helped me get it. They work great as a team. It was like having two agents instead of one. They offered sound, professional advice and represented my interests very well throughout the process. They really know what they’re doing and it shows.

As one would expect, the entire process of buying a house is bound to run into snags, but Nathan and Lauren acted calm under pressure and helped solve whatever problems would arise from time to time.

I have closed on several houses in the past and I always came away from the process feeling like I had been put through a wringer. Not this time. I highly recommend Nathan and Lauren for your buying or selling experience.

Working with Lauren has been so great! I am new to the area and she helped me make sure I was in a safe location that was a reasonable distance from where I work. The housing market is very high speed in the Virginia Beach area but Lauren made sure that any offers we put in were competitive and within my budget. She and I looked at more places than I can count and through it all she has been professional, patient with all my questions throughout the process, and understanding with my work schedule. While closing she made sure that everyone was working on the same page to make the closing process as easy as possible on our side. With any situation that arose she alway came up with a solution that was quick and easy for everyone involved. Since closing on my home she and her husband, Nathan, have personally helped me with things around the house like hanging ceiling fans. Lauren is so selfless and considerate of all her clients, she helped me move trash out to the curbside and went out of her way to help with the jobs no one else would want to do. Nathan and Lauren are amazing realtors! They helped us find our house years ago and when it was time to move they really helped guide us thru the process and made everything seamless. Their advice for what to and how to fix up the house to show and sell well without going overboard on some things was invaluable. They are very easy to communicate with and always available with immediate responses whenever we had questions.
