Lauren was absolutely wonderful from the moment we met her. She was so knowledgeable and honest, with an upbeat attitude, and incredibly considerate and kind. She made herself available to us at all times, answering our texts and calls within minutes, and absolutely went above and beyond when we had unexpected delays with closing. She is really a gem and anyone would be lucky to have her on their side, assisting them with such huge decision such as purchasing a home, especially if you are a first time home buyer. We love you Lauren!

I went through two different realtors before finding Lauren. She was different than the other realtors I used. Lauren took the time to get to know me personally and find what I was looking for in a home. She hit the nail on the head every week by showing me homes that were within my price point, in the areas I was interested in, and had the features I was looking for; I never felt like my time was wasted. Lauren was always extremely upbeat, personable, and had an energy and determination about her that the other realtors didn’t. She responded quickly to my texts and emails and went above and beyond what the other realtors were willing to do before her. Lauren was invaluable to the success of me purchasing my first home. She was with me every step of the way, guiding me throughout the entire process which, as a first time home buyer, was very daunting and overwhelming. Within one month of me finding Lauren, she found me a home I loved - and purchased! I cant thank her enough :)

I got Lauren Worob's name through a friend of mine that had gone house shopping with her. I had mentioned to him that I was a bit cautious about the entire process of hiring an agent because I didn't want to be pushed into a property due to impatience. I had all of this in mind because my needs were ultra-specific. We're talking geography at the zip code level, type of neighbors, access to major highways leading to NYC, access to civilization (big-box stores), and last but certainly not least; the lease itself.

This apartment would have to be the perfect size and comfortable enough for me to sleep at night knowing my mom and little brother were in the right space. It turns out, my friend's instincts were correct. My agent Lauren Worob was a dream come true when it came to all phases of the search.

I figured that there was no way I would be able to obtain any kind of 'priority' service since I wouldn't be chasing a mortgage but she went above & beyond to help my family. Over the course of a few weeks, we had the opportunity to visit over 20+ properties. She was not pushy, when I asked her to be brutally honest regarding interior/exterior elements, she was. Near the end of our search, we started to close in on a few apartments that fit my criteria. Even then, she went through her own checklist and crossed off some that did not include what I had desired for my family. She could have just as easily pushed me into any of of those apartments based off my own impatience, but she did not.

After a tremendous amount of research, 'phone tag', and applications, we found what looked like 'home'. Less than 24 hours later, a lease was signed for a space that had every single amenity I had been looking for. The geography was a perfect match, the neighborhood, everything. For this, I am eternally grateful. If I could put her name on a billboard for "Real Estate Agent of the Universe" - I would.

If you happen to be either shopping around or looking for an investment property and are in need of an intelligent, dedicated, and careful partner in your endeavor, I really cannot emphasize enough just what kind of opportunity you have by hiring Lauren Worob.
