SAVVY MARKETING EXPERTISE
Lauri graduated from Texas Tech University in 1993 with a degree in marketing and merchandising. In both buyers’ and sellers’ markets, Lauri has excelled by applying her professional marketing background to find innovative ways to buy and sell properties quickly and efficiently. She has experience across a variety of residential sales, REO, short sales, estate sales and investor portfolios, and numerous transactions representing both the buyer and seller sides.

From the outset of her career, Lauri differentiated herself. She won numerous sales awards (highest monthly sales volume) while at ReMax. She was a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors (“WCR”) and was appointed to its Board; she earned the prestigious (GRI) designation as a Graduate of Real Estate Institute and is certified as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). Lauri will soon earn one of the industry’s highest designations, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). This extensive real estate education supplements Lauri’s many years in practice and has positioned Lauri as among the best in her field.

Lauri featured in Top Agent Magazine for her outstanding performance as a Realtor in Austin, Texas. Recently, she was one of eight Realtors in the US to be selected as a Board Member for the 2012 Leaders in Luxury. This elite board of agents is part of the Institute for Luxury Homes Marketing. Lauri is also a Certified Luxury Homes Specialist (CLHMS) and a member of the Million Dollar Guild. She frequently is asked to teach and to mentor other agents. Recent speaking engagements include the Luxury Panel at the Keller Williams International Convention, Family Reunion in Orlando, Florida.

EXPERIENCE MATTERS
Lauri began her career in real estate in Austin, Texas in 1996, building a team of five residential real estate experts. In 2005 she moved her real estate practice to Los Angeles, where her husband practiced law. Lauri specialized in high-end, beach and ocean view properties in Los Angeles and Orange Counties and achieved sales in the top six percent of CB Realtors in the US. She was awarded the Presidential Circle Award for exceptional sales volume.
In September 2010, Lauri and her family returned to Austin, where she specializes in lakefront and lake view estates and other luxury properties.

COMMITTED TO COMMUNITY + FAMILY
Lauri believes that giving back to her community and humanity is the reason we are all here! She has been extremely involved in her community for many years. She has helped raise thousands of dollars for charity through her work at the Junior Leagues of Austin and Los Angeles. She was a member of the Pacific Palisades Junior Women’s Club and the Chamber of Commerce. Lauri is also a founding member of The Women of Hope Group, which benefits The Austin Children’s Shelter. She helps to raise funds throughout the year to support the shelter.
