We are beyond grateful for Laurie as our realtor - she was very accommodating to us throughout the course of finding a home and our relocation. My husband and I moved across the state of NY and Laurie helped us purchase our new lovely home exactly on time that she said she can close it.

Laurie was very detail oriented and on track with all the documentations from the beginning until we moved in our house. She gave us advises and recommendations as we we're not from the area when it comes to the house. Her transparency and confidence helped us trust her process when we bought a house that only my husband saw once and I only saw thru video call and pictures due to our very hectic schedule and location distance.

We will surely work and recommend Laurie to our family and friends.

Laurie Barton has become our gold standard for real estate agents! Over the course of the last 25 years we have bought 4 houses. She was the 7th agent we’ve ever hired and our absolute best! From our first phone call, we knew Laurie was going to be a great fit because she took the time to dig into us and what we like, how we live, and what’s important to us in a new home. She is so personable and easy to work with- never judging areas or ideas but letting us see and learn for ourselves which was a quality we really appreciated as we were new to the region. Laurie went above and beyond to meet us to see properties over the course of three months…primarily on weekends….even the weekend before Christmas! She returned communication promptly and made us feel like we were her first priority. Laurie walked us through the 6 weeks before closing so perfectly- making everything so smooth and easy for us as we were in the midst of transitioning our family from one city to another. We just can’t say enough wonderful things about her! You absolutely will not regret hiring Laurie for your real estate needs.

I had been struggling to find a home for about 8 months in this crazy market, was previously working with a different agent and it was a super stressful experience. I met Laurie at an open house and spoke with her about my struggles, and she was so warm and sympathetic to my situation, so I gave her a call to help me continue in my home search. Laurie made what was previously a grueling experience for me a much easier one. She handled everything for me and never kept me waiting. Laurie truly cares about her clients, I don't feel this is just a job for her! I knew she was looking out for me throughout the whole process, and she pressed on and was so patient with me and made sure I finally found my home! Thank you, Laurie!

You will not find a kinder or more diligent agent than Laurie. Throughout the entire process of buying a home she was communicative, informative, knowledgeable, and reachable. My husband and I, as well as close family members, have used many different agents when buying and selling homes over the years but our experience with Laurie stands out above the rest!
