Laurie DesRochers

Laurie is the Principal Broker and Owner of Des Rochers Real Estate Professionals (established in 1997). She is licensed in New Hampshire and has over 28 Years of total Real Estate Experience. She is an Agent/Broker Associate of four franchised companies, including Managing Broker of BHG/The Masiello Group.
Laurie follows the Code of Ethics / Member of the National, State & Local Board and is a Certified Residential Specialist with several awards for Top Sales Person and Office Productivity. She personally produces several million dollars in Sales Volume yearly while supporting all sales activity within the office.

Laurie is educated, trained, and experienced in Seller Representation, Buyer Representation, Marketing, Negotiations, Short Sales, Bank owned properties, Government owned properties, and several other areas of real estate and she is certified in Relocation / Corporate Clients. She has her Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a concentration in business. She also enjoys giving back to the Community through Service and Contributions, Helping the Homeless, Veterans First, Harbor Homes, Boys & Girls Club, Children’s Foundation for Education, to name a few.
