Her claim to real estate fame was converting a gorgeous 400 unit tower directly on the Hudson River in under 6 months! Most of the buildings were located along the Hudson River in NYC and the Gold Coast in NJ. Yes, she has a passion for a water view!

She went on to sell 32 units in The Shores auction of 2008. During the “crash” she effected dozens upon dozens of short sales. Selling 16 to one client and many multiples to other clients, she bought one for herself in The Shores! An exquisite location right on the Bay! With years of experience serving Marina Bay, she has worked in every community. She served on the BOD of The Shores for 7.5 years with the last two of those years as President.
