About Laurie
Real Estate Agent
Specialties: Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, Relocation, Consulting
I have lived in Pensacola since 1992. It was my good fortune to transfer here with my former employer of 21 years, The Home Depot. What kept me there so long was my love of helping people. It was also a very natural transition for me to go from helping customers with their homes, to helping them find their homes. Over the years, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge regarding: home maintenance, home repair, remodeling, decorating, and construction; which has proven to be a valuable asset to me as a Realtor.
I would love the opportunity to work hard for you. As your Realtor, your concerns are my priority.

04/24/2016 - BeckyParzek We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Pensacola, FL Local knowledge: This agent has too much going on in private life. Took a week to respond to my request and did not send pictures as I had requested. My family and I were going to relocate to Pensacola. Because of rhis agents delay we chose another city.

07/17/2013 - user0610929 Bought a Single Family home in 2001 in Cantonment, FL. This agent is tops in working with both buyers and sellers. She is prompt, courteous, and diligent in meeting needs of clients. She will address more than basic concerns, finding proper professionals to accomplish solutions to unexpected situations.

03/15/2013 - user9286858 We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Wallace, Milton, FL 32571 Laurie may be a great agent and I want to be fair to her, but I suppose she wasn't for us. I was interested in a fixer-upper and contacted her via email. Her response was quick enough, but she didn't have any real info on the property and didn't find out for me after two requests. It ended up selling to someone else a few weeks later. She was very enthusiastic, and asked questions about what I wanted, but the list of suggestions she provided didn't match my list very well. Maybe she's more interested in selling higher-cost properties, or her own listings, and I can understand that, but it didn't give me anything to look at. I had already researched the market and knew there were plenty of properties that DID meet my criteria. After the first couple of emails, she was still enthusiastic and I thought everything was fine, but she didn't respond any more. Maybe I just got lost in the shuffle - I also know the market was starting to pick up. But as a buyer's agent, attempting to relocate, I really wasn't getting any help from her. I do wish her all the best!
