My wife and I are from New York and recently purchased a 3 bedroom, two bath condo in the Myrtle Beach area. We started our search on Zillow and when we found a property that interested us we requested to be contacted by a local agent. Honestly, we were a little hesitant going through the whole process remotely but luckily we were connected with Laurie Sojourner.

Laurie hits the ground running, she has an amazing energy. She is available to you at any time for questions or concerns and really makes you feel like you're her only client. She's a tough negotiator and has creative ideas to help you get the most for your money. She also seems to know everyone in the area for when you're ready for things like financing, inspection, plumbing/painting/repair estimates, etc... She is a full service, one stop shop. We did hire some of the folks on her short list of recommendations and would confidently say that Laurie also surrounds herself with top notch people so your total satisfaction is never in question.

We really felt comfortable working remotely with Laurie on such a big purchase. She walked us through every part of the process and would pro-actively check in with us, the lender and the attorney to ensure that everything was progressing in a timely manner. Even after we closed, Laurie was kind enough to provide our painter access to the condo, every day for the following week, so that he was able to work on it before we moved in. She really does go above and beyond for her clients. She is so thorough that its almost like she were buying the property for herself. We were so fortunate to work with Laurie and would highly recommend her!

Laurie is very a knowledgeable real estate agent, she finds out what you are looking for and finds several properties to check out in the area you looking for, and she is always on time for appointments
