This is our second time using Laurie as our realtor. She is the best realtor, hands down! She is very personable, attentive, and down right amazing! The first was in 2013 when we were buying our very first home. And now, 8 years later, she was the one who suggested we add this house to our list of houses to look at. Turns out, she was right! This isn't just, what my husband and I call, a grown up house, but this will be our forever home. She knew this was a good house! We are so happy we took her suggestion to go look at what is now our new house! We will never be able to thank her enough!

Laurie was great from the start!  She did a great job being mindful about our non-negotiables. Laurie worked very hard locating properties that checked our boxes, despite the fact our budget was only 400,000. She made us aware it will be tough at this price point in this competitive market, but doable.

Laurie took the time to locate appropriate properties and schedule showings. She never was pushy or became frustrated when we didn't like a property. She remained encouraging as she accepted our feedback.  When we saw a property we wanted to put an offer on, she reached out to the seller immediately so our offer would be competitive.

Laurie was a pleasure to partner with during our home searching journey. We relied on her professionalism and expertise to find our home.

This isn't our forever home, but a transition home. We will be reaching out to Laurie again to find our forever home:)
