Laurie helped me sell my dad's house recently. It wasn't easy because I live several states away, but Laurie was amazing! She was so knowledgeable, super-fast to respond, and very patient. We got it wrapped up quickly and easily and I really appreciate her. (she also has the cutest dog!)

Laurie and her team were wonderful to work with as we navigated the complicated task of selling our parent's house. Laurie was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. She responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had and was able to provide resources we needed to successfully sell our house. She and her team are thoughtful and supportive and do the extras such as painting a room for us last minute, making dump runs and checking on projects being done on the house. I listed my condo with LJ Shoreline Realty and the entire process went smoothly. Both Jas and Laurie were very knowledgable and courteous and kept me informed of any changes or updates while my property was under contract with LJ Shoreline Realty. My closing went well with no issues and although I did not have a place to move to when the original sale and purchase agreement was finalized, LJ Shoreline Realty provided me with adequate time to find a new home in Southern New Hampshire until I was able to close on my new property in early August 2020.
