Lauryn has a deep connection to real estate, starting from her family's involvement in construction, property management and sales on Long Beach Island, New Jersey - a seasonal island community. Growing up surrounded by the real estate business, she obtained her New Jersey salesperson license at the age of 18 and later acquired her Broker's license.

Her educational path took her to the University of Hawaii Moana initially, and she eventually completed a double major in English Literature and Sociology with a minor in Psychology at Flagler College. Lauryn's professional experience included working at her family's real estate office on Long Beach Island. She currently works at Sunshine Realty in Saint Augustine, Florida, where she delved into vacation rental property management and sales, gaining insights into the local market.
