My daughter and I worked with LaVerne several years ago. He worked nonstop to help us find the condo we were looking for. After putting in numerous hours we finally found it in Redmond Ridge, WA. I moved in after my daughter left and have been very comfortable here and truly love the area, getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We are close to Snoqualmie to float down the river to Carnation, Fall City, Issaquah and Duval ! Moved to the West coast from NYC and had a very specific sort of house in mind. LaVerne took as much time as necessary to do searches and to show properties to my wife and I. We were not easy to please but LaVerne found us our absolute dream house.
I cannot recommend LaVerne highly enough. If you're looking to buy or sell property you really need to talk to LaVerne Pike and stop wasting your time anywhere else.
