Lawa-Na was incredibly helpful and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Seacoast area! From the first phone call to closing signing Lawa-Na was there every step of the way. To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. She was incredibly thorough, and held my hand the entire time.

The photography, video, and digital staging done was top notch and only took a couple of hours to get done. She held super helpful showings with a number of clients and we even had an offer the first day - solely due to her staging and preparation.

Our home was a highly unique colonial that required lots of love and attention and she took it on without hesitation. I am very thankful that Lawa-Na and her team were our agents and would absolutely use her services again. Thank you Lawa-Na and team!

Lawa-Na is an absolute joy to work with for a home sale. Love her humor and genuine personality and flare.

She has incredible resources for listing (photo/ video), and a great team from EXP/ finance etc. Lawa-Na prepared us well on how to best market the home before going live to be successful. We invested in home on the front end to get the dividends on the back side. House was on the market for only 4 days and somehow she worked her magic and pulled off an offer 10k OVER asking in a short closing time period.

We 💯 recommend using Lawa-Na for your home sale/ purchase. She is easily accessible, honest and truly cares for her clients, their homes and hopes for the future. Thanks for all you do!!!!

Lawa-Na is a Rockstar!! We recommend using her as your realtor. We had a short amount of time to move and not a whole lot to work with. Lawa-Na got us in a house with in 4 to 5 months in out price range in a verrrry competitive market! She listens to your needs and wants while going to great lengths to make sure she gets you just that. She is very honest and straightforward, no BS!! A few minor hiccups after the sale were final, and she was there to help!!!

This is the type of person and realtor you want and need on your team!!

It will only allow me to give 5 stars but I definitely would give 10 stars!!!

Highly recommend!!

I have been trying to find the right words to explain our great experience with Lawa-Na. Selling our family home of over 30 years was a hard decision, but I was taking care of my parents and did not have time to also be taking care of their home. I wanted someone who was friendly, experienced, and helpful and she is all that and more! My dad passed in the beginning of this process, and she wanted to give me space, but I knew it was the right time to sell. She was compassionate and caring and made the process easy. She was helpful the whole way. She took the time to answer every question I had and made it easy for me to understand. Our goal was to sell by the end of June. We listed it 5/11, we accepted an offer that was above asking, and closed on 5/31. It was unbelievable! The part that my family really appreciated is at closing when the buyer/realtor asked if they could reach out to me if they had any questions, Lawa-Na without hesitation, told them to reach out to her. The fact that she was still taking care of us even though the sale was complete confirmed that we chose the right realtor to sell our home. We highly recommend Lawa-Na to anyone looking for a realtor! She really is the best!

Over the past twenty years, I have worked with more than my share of Realtors- sometimes as an agent, sometimes as a buyer, but rarely (if ever) was a I treated with as much care and consideration as with my experience with Lawa-Na. Anyone who has had to look for a home for the past several years knows that it can be a daunting task and can sometimes leave you feeling hopeless, but to say that I never felt anything but optimism because of this woman would be an understatement. She is pure sunshine, tempered with just the right amount of "no-nonsense, accomplish-the-mission" attitude. Lawa-Na is a workhorse, she is a force of nature. And from the moment I met her, I knew that I was not only in good hands, I was in the BEST hands.
I never doubted that Lawa-Na would be able to find a home for my daughter and me, but what I did not expect is that she would find the PERFECT home for us. And never once did I feel like I was alone throughout the entire process, because somehow, no matter the time of day, if I needed to reach her, she was always there, always available.
And a note on "service after the sale"...Lawa-Na, I have never been made to feel more at ease after a deal. You're a remarkable Lady and one hell of a Realtor.

Lawa-Na sold our first house and helped us buy our dream home in 2011. She is truly amazing! I’m convinced that she is the only realtor that could have sold our house as quickly as she did to get us into our new one. We our forever grateful!

Fast forward to this year, when my mom passed unexpectedly and we needed to sell her house. Incredibly difficult time for us but Lawa-Na did her magic, sold her house in record time and somehow made the process easy.

If you are looking for a realtor who is invested and cares about what you want, need and who goes the extra mile Lawa-Na is the one.
