Lawrence Coelho transitioned into real estate after a 25 year career in the Plastic Manufacturing industry. As a Managing Director he set up and
managed 3 plastic factories controlled and optimized the production process and harmoniously worked with over 120 staff and paid attention to detail and cost control. He now utilizes these same skills to serve the needs of his real estate clients when dealing with the various challenges that can arise in any real estate transaction.

Lawrence originally decided to pursue real estate because he decided to use his expertise and negotiation skills for the benefit of the client. Since
getting into the business, he has obtained a wealth of knowledge and continues to stay up to date on the local market so he can provide his clients with the best service possible.

He proudly serves most of the cities in Florida and more specifically the community of Winter Garden. He has been a resident of Florida for 15 years. During this time, he has obtained great knowledge of the various types of real estate available in the area, in addition to knowledge of schools and of businesses that make up the local economy.
