Larry entered Hawaii Real Estate in 2002 and quickly gained the expertise necessary to become a licensed Broker in 2007. Having since served as Broker in Charge and Principal Broker for various Hawaii brokerages, Larry is currently Broker in Charge with Kauai Exclusive Management & Realty LLC. Larry has acquired diversified experience in Hawaii real estate on multiple islands with primary focus on Oahu and Kauai. Larry has successfully closed sales for single family homes, condominiums, luxury estates and leasehold properties. With over 20 years of domestic and international contract management, project management and marketing prior to Hawaii real estate, Larry has developed the skills, expertise, and dedication to assist Buyers and Sellers in navigating the full spectrum of the purchase/sales process.

Larry has served as Kauai Board of Realtor Treasurer and representative to the Hawaii Association of Realtors Finance Committee. Larry raised three daughters on Kauai and served the local community as Kilauea School PTSA Treasurer, Board of Directors of the Kilauea Neighborhood Association, AYSO Kilauea Town Manager. Larry enjoys sharing the many unique and amazing aspects of our island paradise home. Larry has lived in Waikiki full-time since 2010.
