Kelly Jackson helped my wife and me purchase a 4/3 single family home and a 3/2 townhouse as part of a 1031 exchange. She was extremely knowledgeable about the communities in which we were looking and the real estate process. She spent countless hours showing us dozens and dozens of properties until we found the two that were right for us. Her availability was amazing - mornings, afternoons, evening, weekdays, weekends. Whenever we were available to look, Kelly was there with a smile to show us the properties. She made wonderful suggestions of proprties to look at, yet was also more than happy to show us anything we found that we wanted to see. She was often able to get us into properties on extremely short notice. I have a huge amount of respect for Kelly. She really put our interests first. My spouse chose to use Lawrence after finding his business card over many others. After our initial call literally within two hours he scheduled a showing for a home that we were eyeing. While we were only able to put in a back up order, Lawrence worked with us until we found the perfect home. In this market there is no little wiggle room for negotiations, but he was able to navigate us getting some credits for some items that needed attention. He put us in contact with financing, insurance, and all the other services needed pre-closing. Everyone he recommended was great and less than a month later we were able to close on a beautiful home. Lawrence is customer oriented and has a great disposition and the patience and knowledge needed in real estate. Normally, I shy away from recommending to friends, but Lawrence is someone I will use in the future for my real estate needs and would strongly recommend to friends and family.

Oh man....I had a phenomenal experience with Lawrence for finding a home for our family. We weren’t the typical buyer as we were looking for a home that was large enough to have two homes in one so our family could live with us. When I tell you Lawrence was on it...he was on it! He took us to see dozens and dozens of homes —some of them repeatedly— and had to painstakingly find a home that met all of our wants and needs. Even in the midst of Covid when we couldn’t view homes like we wanted, Lawrence went and took extensive detailed videos of the homes for our family. I highly recommend Team Jackson as I had the pleasure of both buying and selling through Kelly and Lawrence during the month of November 2019.

Through Lawrence I was able to sell my home without going into the live market through a cash buyer who was willing to pay us what we asked and allowed us to close on a date of our choosing ahead of closing on a new home.

Kelly did a great job in assisting us in purchasing a new property and keeping everything on schedule.

In the end we ended up getting what we wanted through these two real estate professionals.

I was very lucky to have Kelly as my agent, from the first time we met all the way through the final process of signing papers for my new home Kelly was a rockstar. I know how painful the process of searching, finding, and purchasing a new home but Kelly made the process a breeze. I only had small time frame to purchase a home and I honestly didn't think I would be able to make it happen but as soon as I met Kelly we spoke a bit on what I was looking for (price/size/communities) and located several potential properties that we looked at (Kelly is very flexible with her schedule to accommodate) and I settled on one, we started the negotiation process. We moved to GA few years ago and started looking for homes . Kelly was very flexible and worked patiently and enthusiastically to show us over 200 homes before we decided on this lovely home that we now own .

We had several points in our criteria and I was , at one point almost saddened that I was not finding the right home - but she always showed up with a bright smile and we kept looking .

She was very organized and made the whole experience a total breeze , in between my crazy work /travel schedule a up until the day of closing .

Kelly and Lawrence became our go-to friends here in GA for any help like even plumbing / handy man etc. we have referred Kelly to most of our friends and contacts and everyone of them is very happy to be associated with them for their home buying experience.

I would certainly recommend Kelly & Lawrence to anyone with greatest confidence & trust.

Working with Lawrence and Kelly was an absolute pleasure! We were so thankful to find this team bc we had recently cut ties with 2 other agents due to their unprofessionalism. Lawrence and Kelly were both reliable, honest and trustworthy. With their help, we were able to purchase our dream home and sell our current home in less than 30 days of each other. We were also able to sell for 2K more than our "estimated" price due to their suggestions. Their streamlined process made it possible for us to get everything done ahead of our deadlines. Not to mention all of our requests and/or questions were responded to immediately.

The Jacksons were great during our extensive hunt for a home! We originally were set on an older home and they put a contract on it for us. They recommended a very detail oriented home inspector, and after his findings and subsequent contract negotiations with the seller, we decided against the purchase, putting us back at square one. Within a few weeks, they lead us to a new development where we were able to make the specific tweaks we wanted as the new house was constructed over the next 6 months. During the construction period, they stopped by the construction site with us, saw the house progress, and were there for the final walkthrough. Laurence has a construction background with valuable working knowledge for your home search and Kelly was upbeat and positive as we drove all over creation, sometimes visiting the same house 3 different times (we're difficult clients) for the sake of comparison. They help take the stress out of finding and buying a home- which is no small feat. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

The experience with Kelly was nothing less than extraordinary. I requested a viewing through Zillow and she was the agent assigned. I didn't know her, but after the first appointment I knew i had been talking with a very knowledgeable and experience agent. From there on, everything just got better, she is extremely attentive to details, she makes you feel like she is helping you buy the house like if it was her own home. The treatment was always professional but very friendly. I cant say enough great things about her and her husband, the team was just more than i ever expected. To me this is what I would consider a high-caliber agent and definitely 5 stars, I wish I could add more. There is no doubt on my mind that she will be now and forever our realtor in any house i need to sell or buy. One great thing i found very helpful is that she knew what papers were needed and had them at hand, very organized and efficient. All I can say is that if I ever felt there was a recommendation i could make, it is definitely this one. If you need an agent, I don't think you are going find anyone better than Kelly and her team.
