As a native San Diegan, he is very familiar with the various markets in this county. He has witnessed San Diego's growth and expansion into new territories for over 30 years. He grew up in Solana Beach and Carmel Valley, which have boomed over the past 20 years. He now lives with his family in San Elijo Hills, a newer master community of San Marcos. He loves being a part of this great community. His wife is an elementary school teacher in the San Marcos Unified School District.
