I am so very thankful for this class LAYA, Gail Daniel and Ricky were fabulous. Very informative. Supplying everyone with lots of information and explaining with clarity they gave us clear direction to the home buying pad. I finished a class confident that I would start my journey to purchasing my first home!!! I am grateful and thankful for this class!!! But to add the cherry on top this class is offered free!!!!! You will leave the class with the better understanding of the home buyer process and loans , down payment assistance, scholarships and grants!!!
This is a must take class, definitely worth your time to learn how to invest in your future and pass this information along to others!!!

On Saturday, December 13, 2025, I competed my very first online Homeowner Education Class with Ms. Laya Gavin and Ms. Gayle Randolf. Initially, I was extremely excited with just completing the registration process. But, I must express that this informative class Blessed me so much more beyond my expectations!
It was such a Wonderful experience connecting with others who are taking the same steps towards Homeownership.
I truly enjoyed the many ways these two Amazing ladies are so passionate with helping more people become a part of the community of owning their own Homes. All throughout this class, Ms. Gavin and Ms. Randolph confirmed his this is not just a job for them. They truly care and are so compassionate about the Beautiful changes they help bringing into people lives.
This entire class is just full of information from such a Magnificent Team. We were also able to hear great information from the perspective of the very knowledgeable Home Inspector, "Coop" also with additional facts.

This was my second time buying a home, but the first time I’ve purchased a home in a state I didn’t live in or was able to travel to see homes and areas prior to the purchase. Laya made what could be a very stressful situation easy! she didn’t assume I knew stuff and explained things thoroughly. When working with options on financing, to carpet cleaners, lock smiths, HOA, etc. she had a person for everything and she took the time and made sure we were comfortable with every situation before making a decision. We valued her opinion and expertise and she put our family wants and needs first when helping us find a house especially because we would be moving in with a newest addition to our family shortly after. She kept in mind our goals, our concerns about finding the best and affordable rate, and in the area that made the most sense for our entire family. This home buying process was a very delicate time due to us relocating from another state, weeks away from birthing a newborn, and me starting medical school. With all those things in mind, Laya made sure to not add any additional stress and we are so thankful.
