Layth Duroobi

Layth earned a B.A. in Electrical Engineering & Business Management in 1987. However, he had a passion for the real estate business. So he started his journey 20 years ago as a real estate investor. He believes he is very lucky to have moved to Charlotte in 2010 and fell in love with the Queen City. "There are great opportunities for everybody." Moreover, he speaks Arabic language , so he can assessed any immigrant who needs his help. In addition, his previous experience in real estate investment helps clients get the best deal for their dream home. From his point of view, “The smart way of thinking when you are planning to buy a home is considering that you will be selling it in the future. So, buy a home that hold its value and will appreciate with time. Never buy an overpriced home that has no chance of appreciating.” So he would love to help his clients find the home of their dreams, and that he will dedicate the time and efforts necessary to locate it for them.
