Lazaro Suarez

Lazaro Suarez started his career in real estate in 2006 and joined Rêve Realtors in 2020. His niche is working with investors to sell new construction and renovated homes in the Greater New Orleans area. Currently working on his broker’s license, Lazaro also earned a Historic House Specialist designation through the Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Lazaro’s background is in the hospitality business, where he worked his way up to management. Inspired by his uncle, who renovated and flipped historic homes and was later in the mortgage business, Lazaro has a passion for the city’s history and architecture and realized that real estate was the right fit for him. From his years of hospitality experience, he developed a great work ethic, learned how to communicate with and motivate people, and was dedicated to providing great customer service. Utilizing these skills as a realtor, Lazaro became a multi-million dollar producer with a breadth of experience, working all across southeast Louisiana on everything from historic homes to foreclosures to vacant land, condos, commercial real estate, and townhomes.

Known as relentless, trustworthy, and kind, Lazaro understands that buying or selling a home can be a stressful, emotional process that takes time and requires patience. He has been thanked by numerous clients for standing by them and supporting them throughout the process. He especially enjoys the challenge of selling a home that a previous listing agent could not sell, and his clients’ appreciation for his strategic approach and well-thought out marketing plans that get the job done. He prides himself on being a true professional and providing the kind of service that clients should demand from their agents.

Lazaro speaks Spanish fluently and in his spare time enjoys running, traveling and spending time with his family.
