With over 20 years of experience as a real estate broker, Lea has worked with buyers and sellers throughout the many neighborhoods of Chicago plus the suburbs within Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will, Kendall and Kane Counties. She has lived in both the city and suburbs and is continually adding more areas to her expertise in order to help clients wherever they want to pursue a purchase or sale of residential property.

Lea’s main goal is to listen to her client’s needs and assist them throughout the process of a real estate transaction. A graduate of DePaul University she holds a bachelor's degree in Communications & Business Management; she also holds a certificate in Construction Management from Triton College. Beyond her real estate sales background, she has 20+ years of experience in Property Management, Construction Administration/Management and Customer Service. Since 2020, she has been a team member of the Ray Mandel Group at Compass.
