About Lea
A fourth-generation Colorado native, Lea’s extensive real estate knowledge stems from her family roots. Her great-grandfather, Henry C. VanSchaack, founded the VanSchaack Real Estate Company in 1920. It was THE pre-eminent real estate company until it sold in the early 1980s. An Independent Broker for over 15 years with experience in residential and commercial real estate, Lea combines her market knowledge with honesty and integrity to create an extremely positive Real Estate experience.
Previously, Lea worked with TurnKey Development Management Group identifying and acquiring land representing such clients as TCF National Bank and Girls Inc.
Living, working, and raising her children in Denver’s Hilltop neighborhood for 25 years, Lea is familiar with Denver’s areas and the surrounding suburbs. More recently, Lea lived in a Downtown Denver condo and resided in the Cheesman Park neighborhood. Whether a first-time homebuyer or a savvy real estate investor, Lea provides the same thorough, white-glove personal service to all.
Lea uses her multiple networks to the advantage of her clients. Focusing on the personal relationship is paramount to a successful transaction. A former ski coach and tennis player, Lea brings the competitive edge needed in today's market. In addition to real estate, Lea is a community volunteer with the Cancer League of Colorado, raising money through Over The Edge events. Her love and appreciation for all things beautiful are nurtured in memberships at The Botanic Gardens and Denver Art Museum.
